  • Is there a way to make the perfume last long ?
    Yes, you can. Perfumes evaporate easily on dry skin, so in order to make it last longer, you can first apply cream or lotion and then the perfume. You can also use jojoba oil or petroleum jelly.
  • What are top, middle and base notes?"
    Top note gives the first impression of scent when applied to the skin. They are light and evaporate quickly. They last from 5 to 30 minutes. Middle notes are also known as “heart notes” and comprises the body of the scent. They take about 10-30 minutes to develop on the skin. Base notes are those that have heavy molecular weight. They take time to evaporate and hence last longer than other notes. Some examples would be vanilla, musk, woods, oakmoss etc. There are scents that do not have base, middle and top notes. Such scents are called “linear”.
  • Why do perfumes smell different on different people?
    Your own body chemistry affects how different notes react on your skin. Anything that affects the "natural" smell of your skin, such as stress, hormonal changes, your current diet or medications, might change how a perfume smells on you.
  • How can I store my perfume for its better longevity?
    Store at cool & dry place only. Fragrances that are stored properly last much longer. It should be kept in a box, away from heat and light. Try not to expose it directly to air.
  • What is the difference between perfume oil and essential oil?
    Yes. Essential oil is fragrant oil that is derived from flowers, leaves, buds, stems, roots etc. These serve as raw materials for making perfumes. Perfume oils are fragrances that can be natural or synthetic.
  • What is Try and Buy service?
    This service entitles you to try-out your purchases at the time of delivery, pay only for what you like and return the rest on-the-spot. Try and Buy service is a paid service, available on most of the products, you can enter pin code on the check-out page to check service availability. To avail this service minimum order value should be Rs.1000 and above. To avail the service, please ensure that you tick the ‘Try and Buy’ box on the check-out page and choose the delivery address where you are comfortable trying the product. Terms of service may differ for a new customer.
  • What steps should be followed to avail the Try & Buy service on the order?

  • How to process a refund for a Try and Buy order placed?
    Refunds will be processed, once the product reaches the Warehouse, a message will be sent immediately to your registered contact number and money will reflect within 7-10 days in your accont.
